This cellar was built on the slope of a small hill, so that the wine ageing storage room is located on the underground with the aim to obtain the best conditions for the ageing of our wines in oak barrels and bottles. The facilities are equipped with the latest state of art technology for the control of the wine elaboration process, the ageing and bottling of wines (small stainless steel deposits, temperature control, computerized process, Micro-oxygenation, peristaltic pumps …).
