Our barrel room is made up with 60% of French oak, 25% of American oak and 15% of Rumanian oak. All of these barrels come from famous Tonnelleries of proofed quality ((Radoux, Seguin Moreau, Victoria, Vallac, Saury…) and they have a lifespan of 4 years.
The time of ageing depends on the type of vine stock and grape variety, the results of the tastings and the age of the barrels. All theses elements help us to produce wines that do not defer from one vintage to another. As guidance the Roble is aged around 6 months, the Novellum around 12 and the Sango around 18 months.
